Installed sheet piles 8m in height while constructing a retaining wall 130m in length and 3m in height using in-situ concrete
Worked closely with the client on a rolling monthly programme, tailoring labour to meet deadlines
M Lambe Construction’s quality control manager visited the site quarterly to identify areas for improvement
Installed PCC steps and in-situ concrete staircases to access the Pepper Pot North buildings
Carefully relocated the Queen Victoria statue and carried out concrete plinth works
Results
Successfully regenerated the site, delivering 945 units over a three-year contract duration
Met the client's deadlines and expectations through effective project management and quality control
Demonstrated versatility and skill in handling complex tasks, such as the relocation of the rare statue
Provided staged handover documents for superstructure works and before CML dates to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
