Our Mission
Our mission is to champion wellbeing and community in all that we do.
Through the Christy Lambe Foundation and in our daily business activities, we build foundations for strong communities.
Three ways we deliver our mission everyday:
Performance
We go above and beyond for our customers in the UK housebuilding industry – achieving sustainable growth by putting customer service first.
People
We work hard to create a caring, supportive, and candid company culture where our people build careers, reach their full potential, and make a meaningful difference.
Purpose
We champion mental health and wellbeing to make communities more resilient. So we can drive positive change in construction and beyond.
The Christy
Lambe Foundation
At Lambe's, our understanding of mental health and wellbeing challenges goes beyond industry statistics.
We know the devastation these challenges can bring to families and communities. And the heartbreak of losing someone you love too soon.
We lost Christy in 2022. He was kind, full of love, and well-known for supporting others – even when he was struggling himself.
The Christy Lambe Foundation exists so that Christy’s care and compassion can live on.
We put our purpose into action by supporting community wellbeing

"The Christy Lambe Foundation and Christy's story will help so many"
"Lambe's are doing great work in support of Mental Health and Wellbeing in Construction - and they're huge supporters of the vital services we provide.
Their staff are true culture carriers, implementing positive change in both Lambe's and the broader industry through Health and Safety, education and wellbeing.
The Christy Lambe Foundation and Christy's story will help so many. Thank you on behalf of the Lighthouse, and I look forward to continuing our work together."
