  • Used geogrid installation and bentonite pond liner to address high water table issues


Results


  • Successfully installed the 23,000 cubic meters pond and delivered 167 plots over a 3.5-year contract duration

  • Met the client's expectations through collaborative problem-solving and regular quality control

  • Installed 4341m² of S38 roads and 3317m² of S104 drainage

  • Provided staged handover documents for superstructure works and before CML dates to ensure quality and customer satisfaction

  • Installed S278 works, including the formation of a new roundabout under full road closure - 3858m²

  • Awarded repeat work due to excellent working relationship with the client
